Response Time
Weekdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST, we will respond to emails and calls the same day. After hours, no later than 48 hours. Please leave a message with your name, email, and phone number so we can get back to you.
Communication
It can be hard to get us on the phone due to meetings and generally working on projects. For fastest service please email us, as that is the best way to connect. It will also give our team the opportunity to email back with details and updates for review.
New Projects
Have a new project and want to work with us? Just send us an email with the details. Please include all known project specifications such as: deadlines, examples, or concepts. We will get back to you with a quote.
Fees & Revisions
Most of our offerings are bundled into packages, any work outside of scope is $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Conference calls, travel, meetings, and presentations are billable.
Invoicing
A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. This does not include changes requested beyond the original package specifications. Any new requests for work will be billed accordingly once approved.
Payment Methods
Cash, credit card, or Stripe. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your invoice.
Ownership & Rights
Once payment is complete:
- Logos, and social media packages are yours to use and manage however you like
- Printed materials such as brochures are yours to use and reproduce, but we retain ownership of the working files (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
If you ever need to update a printed project, let us know with an email.
If you would like to own the working files, you have the option to purchase full rights. Pricing is three times the design fee and would include all source files and assets.
